Tell us the role you want. We'll map the work that gets you there.
Name the role you want and get a personalised career roadmap: the skills to build, in order, each one practised as real work. Sold on its own.

If you've ever tried to change careers, you'll know the feeling. You can picture the job you want. You've read the articles, maybe taken a course or two. But when you sit down to actually start, there's no obvious first step, and every guide tells you to "close your skills gap" without saying how.
That's the gap we wanted to close. Today we're launching Pathways. Tell us the role you're aiming for and we'll give you a career roadmap: the skills that role needs, in the order that makes sense, with each step tied to real work you do inside one of our simulations. It's live for every learner now, and you'll find it on the Pathways page.
What is a pathway?
A pathway is a personalised career plan that takes you, step by step, toward one role. You tell us where you want to end up, and we work out which skills that role needs and the order you should build them in. Then, instead of handing you a reading list, each step points you to a piece of real work inside one of our simulations. You learn the skill by doing it.
Why we built it
Most career change advice gets you as far as the starting line. Work out what the new role needs, it says, then go and learn it. Fair enough, but that leaves the two hardest questions unanswered: where do you start, and how will anyone believe you can do the job?
Both are getting harder to ignore. The World Economic Forum expects 39% of workers' core skills to change or go out of date between 2025 and 2030, so a plan you wrote a couple of years ago may already be out of step. And in LinkedIn's research, 88% of hirers agreed they filter out highly skilled candidates just because they lack traditional credentials. When you're switching careers, your old job title isn't going to do the talking for you.
That's why we built Pathways on top of our simulations. We wanted every step on your roadmap to be something you actually do, so that by the end you've got real work to point to.
How your career roadmap works
Name the role, get the order
Start by picking the role you're aiming for. Your pathway lays out the skills it needs in an order that makes sense, so you're never left wondering what to do next.

Every step is real work
Each step links to a specific task inside a simulation (we call them objectives). Most steps drop you straight into that objective, so you don't have to replay a whole simulation just to practise one skill.
Your progress comes with you
Changed your mind about where you're heading? Regenerate your pathway and every step you've already finished stays done. Your new plan picks up from there.
Finish with a report
When you reach the end, you get a report on the work you've done along the way, so you can look back and see how far you've come.
Who it's for
We built Pathways for anyone standing at the edge of a new role and wondering how to get across. A few of the people we had in mind:

If you're switching careers. Maybe you've spent years in sales, teaching or customer support, and product marketing has caught your eye. Your pathway shows you what that role asks for and gives you a sensible place to start.
If you're finishing your degree. Product management keeps coming up, but every job ad wants experience you can't get yet. A pathway lets you build that experience, one piece of work at a time.
If you've already done a simulation. You've read your evaluation and you know where you want to grow. A pathway turns that into a plan, one step at a time.
What it doesn't do
We'd rather you know the limits up front, so here they are.
It doesn't come with a certificate. A pathway takes you through work across several simulations rather than one simulation from start to finish, so it ends with a report. If a certificate is what you're after, complete a full simulation.
It covers product roles for now. You can pick from nine, including associate product manager, fintech product manager, technical product manager and product marketing manager. More kinds of roles are on the way.
Not every step drops you straight in. Most do, but where a piece of work needs the context around it, the step starts you inside its simulation instead.
There's no deadline. Pathways are self-paced, so you can move at whatever speed fits your life.
Availability and pricing
Pathways is live now for every learner. A pathway is priced on its own, separate from simulations, and you'll see the price on the Pathways page before you commit to anything.
As one of our first users, here's a code to get you started: use LAUNCH26 at checkout for 20% off your pathway. It's live until 31 December 2026.

FAQ
FAQ
- How do I plan a career change?
Start with the role you want and work backwards from there. Figure out the skills it needs, be honest about what you can already show, and tackle the rest one at a time. A pathway does that mapping for you and turns each step into real work.
- What should I learn first for a new role?
Whatever the rest of the role builds on. That's hard to judge from the outside, so your pathway sorts the order for you. Each step gets you ready for the next, and you never have to guess where to begin.
- How long does a career change take?
Honestly, it depends on how far the new role is from what you do today and how much time you can give it each week. Pathways are self-paced, so there's no fixed timeline, but you can always see how many steps are left between you and the role.
- Does a pathway come with a certificate?
No, a pathway ends with a report instead. That's because it takes you through work across several simulations rather than one simulation from start to finish. If you'd like a certificate, complete a full simulation.
- Can I download my pathway report?
Yes. When you finish your pathway, your report is ready to download as a PDF, so you can keep it and share it.
