Your role
You are a Junior Product Manager at TicketVerse, a startup building a revolutionary ticket booking platform. Your primary responsibility is to define and design the event organizer experience from scratch. This is a 0-1 product with no existing users, giving you the opportunity to build something entirely new. You'll need to understand event organizers' pain points, create detailed product requirements, design intuitive user flows, and present compelling cases to secure buy-in from key stakeholders including the CEO, CPO, and engineering leadership.
